Tasty and healthy food, chill vibes. Scratch labs used to be downtown but are now near Ideal market (on alpine). The parking lot can get a little crazy but it’s way easier than parking downtown. The interior is super nice: very clean and beautiful. Their food is also very tasty with interesting, Asian inspired options. The popcorn chicken and crispy tots are so crispy and flavorful. Their salads are super fresh and the toppings are great. They serve a scratch labs electrolyte beverage on tap and it’s a great way to get to try a flavor. Highly recommend!

Loved it! The space is large with ample seating and great work spaces! Outdoor seating available too! Good natural light and fun and cozy vibes! I got a rice bowl with fried chicken and a mint lavender lemonade and it was super refreshing! A bit pricey but thats how things are nowadays! I really enjoyed the rice bowl and thought the flavors were super yummy with fresh ingredients!
Being unfamiliar with Boulder, we found Skratch to be a great option serving relatively healthy options! Four out of five stars because we waited quite a while despite no one else being in line and a skimpy portion of tofu. The food was really good though.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The scratch (Skratch?)-made pork Ragout was perfect. Lean but flavorful, the sauce was sweet and spicy but not too hot. The gnocchi was perfectly cooked and not at all soggy or gooey.
Tasty, healthy food with Skratch hydration mix on tap! Items were clearly labeled veg and gluten free. The rice bowl was lightly seasoned and then they have a sauce station where you can add whatever extra seasoning you prefer. The rice tots were unexpected and delicious! My friend got the chicken sandwich and enjoyed it too!
I tried the omurice and it was great. Everything here is well balanced and made from scratch. The staff were friendly and helpful. Order to plate time was perfect. The store is located in historic Boulder downtown area. The store is well laid out and clean. The bathrooms were awesome. Will definitely be back here again and again.
aww this literally was becoming one of the best spots to meet the athletic / work from home community in Boulder when the shop was on Pearl because of the environment that encouraged a balance between dining / working (great wifi, outlets, cozy). the new space has zero outlets, wifi has not been great. I totally get that we have to balance new customers / people using the wifi but it feels really slanted now, at the cost of community. I will say the food is still excellent!!!
Truly, there are so few places I walk in every time and there is great energy, and the team at the Skratch Labs Table space have been stoked every time I open the door. We dropped by the weekend of Boulderthon and enjoyed an egg salad sandwich and spicy chicken sandwich - both were insanely delicious. Genuinely the best egg salad sandwich and chicken sandwich in town (yes, the Post has great beer, but they don’t have as good of a chicken sandwich). Highly recommend stopping by, whether for a morning latte on commute to work, a pastry after a ride/run, or a fun and easy lunch with family.
